Zehntner ZWW 2104 Wet Film Wheel

Zehntner ZWW 2104 Wet Film Wheel with Test range 0-500 microns;. Precision instrument for rapid determination of film thickness of wet coatings.

The wheel consists of three disks and the finger grip assembly.

The outer disks are profiled in order to enable an easier rotation, the central one is smaller in diameter and eccentric, thus providing a groove with increasing depth.

The first point of wetting of the inner disc indicates the wet film thickness according to the graduations.
