The EW100/DS is a washing system with solvent by two heads, for open top vessel and palletised tanks. The cycle is performed by using solvent, the pumping group placed in the back part of the system takes takes the solvent from the stocking containers and drives it to the washing heads. The washing heads can be selected by using a key selector on the front panel. This type of system can be used to clean totally open containers (generally used for production) and stainless steel or plastic palletized tanks (generally used for stocking and transportation). The system controls the various washing cycles. Thanks to the two washing heads, preparation times are limited to the minimum necessary which result in a very high production level.
