Fluko Laboratory Disperser LDF

Laboratory Disperser LDF for batch operation

Fluko Laboratory Disperser LDF

The Laboratory dispersing machines are used for tasks up to scale-up plants. Their field of application also includes performance testing for specific products and the development of new products in dispersing technology. The Fluko Laboratory disperser LDF machine is used for batch operations. This model is fitted with a robust, maintenance-free 0.55kW 3 phase motor. The speed is controlled by a static frequency converter and the mixer shaft is securely connected with a replaceable thimble coupling. A dispersing disc and a propeller are supplied with the machine. All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel or can be produced in any weldable material.

Configuration

FLUKO Laboratory dispersing machines are equipped with a robust, maintenance-free 0.55 kW 3 phase motor. The speed is controlled by a static frequency converter. The mixer shaft is securely connected with a replaceable thimble coupling. A dispersing disc and a propeller are supplied with the machine. With a simple refitting, the stirrer can be changed into a disperser using the rotor/stator system. The system consists of the following:
  • a stator frame, screwed onto the motor flange with a left-hand thread
  • an MS1 rotor
  • MS1 stators in 3 variants with 6, 12 and 24 impact surfaces

Materials

All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel or can be produced in any weldable material.

Stands and container clamps

Several different laboratory stands and container clamps are available for the FLUKO laboratory dispersing machine.
