Zanelli Aluminium Line Triple Shaft Mixer / Disperser

The Zanelli Aluminium Line is a triple shaft mixer/disperser mounted through the floor, it has 3 electrical motors with a total capacity of up to 300 kW complete with frequency inverters. The central shaft is an anchor stirrer with scrapers for the sides and bottom. The other two shafts are turbodispersers. This machine is suitable to mix or disperse products having low or medium viscosity up to about 500.000cP. The vessel capacity available is up to 15,000 litres.

Main transmission dispersing shaft Main electric motor with frequency converter (inverter). The power transmission between the electric motor and the dispersing shaft occurs by means of pulleys and belts with profiles and suitable dimensions.

Mixing tools Strainer in painted carbon steel, flanged to the cover, complete with bearings and suitable to support the lateral dispersing shaft, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, balanced in such a way to grant the elimination of vibrations even in the most critical phases of the process and during high speeds. The change in speed of the dispersing shaft is obtained by means of an electronic system complete with frequency drive (inverter) that grants a wide range of speeds available and in particular a high torque even at medium/low speeds. Two dispersion tools, toothed type, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, are delivered with the machine. These are positioned at different heights and are fixed to the dispersing shaft through a quick fit system, which allows an easy replacement. A strainer in painted carbon steel, flanged to the cover, complete with bearings and suitable to support the anchor shaft, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, balanced in such a way to grant the elimination of vibrations even in the most critical phases of the process and during high speeds. A mixing tool, anchor-shaped, made of AISI 304 stainless steel is supplied with the machine and is fixed to the shaft by means of a system that allows effecting the replacement. Two lateral supports, constructed in AISI 304, are suitable to support the lateral and bottom scraping blades, complete with an interchangeable screwed profile, made with the suitable material. A strainer in painted carbon steel, flanged to the cover, complete with bearings and suitable to support the lateral dispersing shaft, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, balanced in such a way to grant the elimination of vibrations even in the most critical phases of the process and during high speeds. The change in speed of the dispersing shaft is obtained by means of an electronic system complete with frequency drive (inverter) that grants a wide range of speeds available and in particular a high torque even at medium/low speeds. Two dispersion tools, toothed type, made of AISI 304 stainless steel, are delivered with the machine. These are positioned at different heights and are fixed to the dispersing shaft through a quick fit system, which allows an easy replacement.

 

Mixing vessel Vessel made of AISI 304 stainless steel. AISI 304 stainless steel reinforcement top ring. Intermediate band, in AISI 304 stainless steel, with fixings to support basement. Vessel with rounded bottom and connected to vertical plating. Discharge in the central part.
