HYDRAULIC PRESS WITH ELECTRIC POWER PACK, MODEL PEI-BF, WITH FIXED WORKING BENCH

Main features Hydraulic press suitable to extrude products with medium / high viscosity from cylindrical vessels. Portal type frame built with very sturdy iron sheets and finished with a two-component epoxy paint. Base plate with suitable holes for the fixing to the floor, by means of chemical dowels. The hydraulic cylinder is driven by the hydraulic power pack, positioned on the upper part of the machine complete with an electric motor. Hydraulic cylinder, finished with a two-component epoxy paint, complete with flange, screwed in the central part of the frame, and with a stem, rectified hard chromed, and with a fixing flange to the pressing plate. A pressing plate of considerable strength worked on a machine tool and built-in carbon steel, coated with AISI 304 stainless steel and rounded on the bottom part in order to house a gasket. Bench to support the vessel to be extruded, integral to the press portal, made from welded iron, finished with a two-components epoxy paint and complete with guides suitable for vessel wheels and with safety sensors. Electric cabinet and control panel assembled on the machine. Safety protection metallic net finished with a two-component epoxy paint and openable front gate complete with a safety sensor.

Working principle The operator, by using the forklift, brings the wheeled vessel near the press, opens the front protection gate and positions the vessel to be extruded on the working bench. Then, the operator closes the protection gate, complete with a safety sensor, and starts to extrude the product through the downstroke of the pressing plate into the vessel. Once the emptying phase is completed, the pressing plate starts to move upwards till the end of the stroke. The operator re-opens the front protection gate and, by means of a forklift, replaces the vessel.

Portal type frame built with very sturdy iron sheets and finished with a two-components epoxy paint. Base plate with suitable holes for the fixing to the floor, by means of chemical dowels. The hydraulic cylinder is driven by the hydraulic power pack, positioned on the upper part of the machine, complete with electric motor. Hydraulic cylinder, finished with a two-components epoxy paint, complete with flange, screwed in the central part of the frame, and with a stem, rectified hard chromed, and with a fixing flange to the pressing plate. Pressing plate of considerable strength, worked on machine tool and built in carbon steel, coated with AISI 304 stainless steel and rounded on the bottom part in order to house a gasket. Bench to support and to lift up the vessel to be extruded, made from welded iron, finished with a two-components epoxy paint and complete with guides suitable for vessel wheels and with safety sensors. Electric cabinet and control panel assembled on the machine. Safety protection metallic net, finished with a two-components epoxy paint and openable front gate complete with safety sensor.

Working principle The operator, by using the forklift, brings the wheeled vessel near the press, opens the front protection gate and positions the vessel to be extruded on the working bench. Then, the operator closes the protection gate, complete with safety sensor, and starts to move upwards the movable bench till it reaches the end of travel. This displacement takes place through the central hydraulic cylinder, which, by means of a transverse support, lifts up the bench where the vessel is placed. Once the bench reaches the correct position, it is blocked and supported by four automatic bolts, handled by pneumatic pistons, complete with safety sensors. At this point, the product can be extruded through the down stroke of the pressing plate into the vessel. Once the emptying phase is completed, the pressing plate starts to move upwards till the end of the stroke and the working bench downwards till it reaches floor level. The operator re-opens the front protection gate and, by means of a forklift, replaces the vessel.
