Laboratory In-Line Dispersing Machine

Fluko Laboratory In-Line Disperser LDI

Inline dispersing machines are used when the dispersing process is required to run continuously.

Configuration

The FLUKO Laboratory inline dispersing machine is equipped with a robust, maintenance-free 0.75 kW 3 phase motor. The speed is controlled by a static frequency converter. The mixing shaft is sealed with a PTFE lip seal or with an internally mounted floating ring seal. The mixing section is made up of 1 to 3 mixing chambers, consisting of rotor and stator units mounted in series. The inlet and outlet are equipped with internally threaded R 1/2″ connections. The peripheral speed of the rotor ranges from 7.5 m/s to 40 m/s depending on the speed of the drive. The similarity of the laboratory inline dispersing machine to the production size machines makes it well suited to scale-ups.

Materials

All product-contacting parts are made of stainless steel or can be produced in any weldable material.

Stands and container clamps

Several different laboratory stands and container clamps are available for the FLUKO LDF laboratory dispersing machine. They are described in a separate »Clamp for small containers« brochure.
