The EW1000 is an automatic washing Line equiped with rotary washing heads for plastic or metallic IBC. It is avaliable in different configurations and models such as having the drum cabinet in single or double form, it is suitable to wash with solvent or water and cleaning liquids (such as alkali solutions or other specific cleaning liquids). The washing cycle is performed in a closed loop granting savings on solvent and water consumptions. The washing cycle is fast and effective and is possible to wash up to 20-30 IBC/hour. The EW1000 can be manufactured in different configurations and equiped with different optionals like IBC drying stations and IBC pressure test stations. The cycle is carried out in several stages such as carrier load, internal washing, wash external, vacuuming of residual liquid, inside drying, test control micro-ruptures and conveyor discharge. The EW1000 is extremely safe, easy to operate and ideal for different market sectors such as waste management industry, rigid packaging refurbishment industry, food industry and chemical industry.
