CEB IMPIANTI EW100K-EWC2/SA

The last built by C.E.B. Impianti is EW100-EWC2/SA, washing machine for plastic palletized tanks, drums, small tanks.

EW100K - This plant has been designed and realized by the mean of the most innovative technologies for the high pressure washing using water, water and detergent or solvent. The plant is contained in a sound proof cabinet and is suitable for the cleaning of container in the form of a hollow truncated cone, having the outlet valve on the bottom

EW100K/A - for water washing with high pressure.

EW100K/AX - entirely made in stainless steel AISI 304 for the washing of container used in the food industry.

Our Rotostat system typically saves 1/3 of the energy when it is used in place of other mixers, yet a Rotostat can achieve the same volume of mix as other devices, in as little as 1/6 of the time! FLUKO SMEC Container stirrers are the economical solution for the homogenisation of liquids in one-way containers. The SMEC stirrer has proven its worth in many industry branches in the pre-processing of liquids in containers or in preventing sedimentation or liquid separation during transport or storage. The simple handling and robust construction of the SMEC stirrers ensure a long and reliable service life.

Construction
The 3 phase motor is coupled directly to the stirring shaft. The traverse is made of high quality stainless steel and can be quickly fixed without tools to any make of one-way container. The SMEC is available with EEx motors for use in explosion protection zones conform to ATEX standards. Alternatively the stirrer is available as PMLEC4, driven with pneumatic motor. All stirrers are equipped with 2 positionable propellers.
The stirrer shaft and the propellers are standard in 316Ti stainless steel.

STIRRING LINEAREC.X
Velp Magnetic Stirrer with ceramic heating plate.

The AREC.X has a white ceramic heating plate, extremely resistant to corrosion and easy to clean. It is suitable for observing colour changes (e.g. during titration, etc.). The control panel with its clear and bright digital display is separated from the heating plate, this feature increases the safety rating during use and the durability of the instrument. The inclination of the knobs has been carefully studied to facilitate use.

A microprocessor ensures constant speed even when the viscosity changes (counter-reaction).

The electronic control board activates a high temperature warning that remains displayed while the instrument is in use at temperatures of above 50 °C. When the instrument is turned off the high-temperature warning flashes until the temperature of the plate has cooled to below 50 °C.

The digital heating magnetic stirrer AREC.X has a socket for the connection of a VTF Vertex digital thermoregulator for direct temperature control of the liquid. Metal vessels can be used.

Vertex digital thermoregulator with 'Fuzzy Logic' technology

The VTF uses Fuzzy Logic technology and is suitable for many applications where precise thermoregulation is required.

The instrument can be combined with the most common heating magnetic stirrers and is ready for use.

A user-friendly probe positioning system allows the operator to adjust the position of the probe easily and quickly whilst an in-built timer means that the thermoregulation time can be pre-set.

Thanks to the derivation element PW 10, the VTF can be used with all types of heating devices such as water and oil baths, heating plates, etc.

The VTF Vertex comes complete with temperature probe and power cable for direct connection to the heating magnetic stirrers AREX and AREC.X.
